How do I get my hands on some Illustrious Confections cookies?

There are a few ways you can get in contact with us to place an order.  Visit the ordering page, answer a few questions.   Find us on Facebook @illustriousconfections and send a private message with your request.  Email me at amanda@illustriousconfections.com or even call/text to 715-379-9471.  Whatever way you choose to get in contact  Amanda will follow up with you to work out the details of your order.

How much time do you need to complete my order?

We recommend that you get in contact with us at least a week in advance.  If your order is more than 3 dozen additional notice is appreciated.  But regardless reach out and depending on our workload we may be able to fit you in.

How do I pay for my order?

Once you have worked out the details of your order with Amanda, we’ll email you an invoice via Quickbooks.  This gives you a secure and convenient way to pay for your order online. Payment is required in full to confirm your order and pickup date. All major credit cards are accepted.

What if I change my mind?

All sales are final.  However if you decide on design changes, if time allows changes may be made.  In addition if we have not begun working on your order it may be possible to reschedule your order for another date.
